Proximity FM needed a custom telephone system that could

Allow callers to hear recorded details about a property (house/land/new development.....) over the phone.
Send callers free text messages with agents contact details direct to their phone.
And send free WAP link to callers phones so the caller can view a brochure and photos directly on the mobile device

The system also needed to be able to cater for hundreds of simultaneous calls, have an easy to use web based administration tool and advanced call reporting features.
